About this video
Combining the stack pass with a double under pass against a flexible opponent:
- Begin by grabbing the opponent's knee, pushing it down, and initiating the stack pass.
- Secure a grip on the collar and start to get inside, but if the opponent blocks, pinch your knee to control their leg.
- Release the grip on the knee and start to go under the opponent's leg, cupping their hips instead of reaching for the collar.
- Close your elbow and start to square up with your opponent, ensuring their hips are over your lap and staying on your toes.
- Open the lapel with the grip on the hips, reach for the collar, and close your elbow to secure the grip.
- Use your thumb to hook the lapel, open it, and grab the other side, then close your elbow again.
- Keep the opponent's hips over your lap and use your knees to make them go upside down, posting their legs on the mat.
- Keep your chest down and apply pressure on the hips, using your toes and knees to drive their legs towards the mat.
- As you walk your knees, bring one knee in the middle of their back and post your leg like a knee on belly, keeping your elbows closed.
- Move your head to the side you posted your leg, driving your shoulder down and using your head to drive the opponent.
- As you drive, slide your knee under the opponent, maintain the lapel grip, and hug their head with your free hand.
- Adjust your position, release the lapel grip, and control the hips to stabilize the position.
