Executing a sit-up escape variation during a stack pass:

  1. Grab the opponent's elbow as they initiate a stack pass.
  2. Make a grip on the elbow without the need to complete a full sit-up escape.
  3. Post your own elbow on the floor to assist in sitting up.
  4. Push the opponent's elbow while simultaneously sliding your leg out.
  5. Return to your base position by bringing your leg back to your body.
