About this video
00:00:10.000 --> 00:00:20.000
First, we start with the stack pass. We grab the pants, lift the hips, and stack the opponent.
00:00:20.000 --> 00:00:30.000
We then move to the side, keeping the pressure on the opponent's hips. We use our shoulder to keep the opponent's leg pinned.
00:00:30.000 --> 00:00:40.000
We then switch our grip to the collar, maintaining the pressure on the opponent's hips. We then pass the guard.
00:00:40.000 --> 00:00:50.000
We then move to the mount position, maintaining control of the opponent's collar and keeping our weight on the opponent.
00:00:50.000 --> 00:01:00.000
We then transition to the armbar, maintaining control of the opponent's collar and using our legs to control the opponent's arm.
00:01:00.000 --> 00:01:10.000
We then finish the armbar, maintaining control of the opponent's collar and using our hips to apply pressure to the opponent's arm.
