About this video

Executing a stack pass from the duck-under position involves a series of movements to maintain control and transition to a more dominant position:

  1. Begin from the duck-under position. As your partner starts to move, establish a frame against them.
  2. Use your toes on the floor to mobilize your hips, pushing against your partner to create space.
  3. Step on your partner's shoulder with one foot to assist in replacing your guard.
  4. Simultaneously, move your hip to the opposite side and bring your knee down to the mat.
  5. Continue to push against your partner as you complete the guard replacement.

This sequence allows you to effectively use framing and hip movement to prevent the pass and regain a guard position.
