Warm-up drill to prevent stack passes:
- Begin with your partner on their knees, one hand gripping over your knee.
- As your partner starts to stack, frame against their shoulder to maintain distance and control.
- Move your hips away while making your legs heavy to prevent your partner from placing their leg over your shoulder.
- Keep your hips out and pummel your leg inside to regain position.
- Alternatively, after pummeling your leg, you can place your foot on the biceps before replacing your guard.
