Execute a spinning overhead sweep when your opponent stands up in your guard. Begin by establishing a lasso with your leg. As your opponent rises, push them back slightly to create space.

  1. Place your foot on their hip and initiate a spinning motion underneath their legs.
  2. While spinning, use your right hand to grab their opposite leg.
  3. Extend your legs and close a triangle, ensuring the opponent's biceps are trapped in the middle of your shin.
  4. Drop your legs down and drive your head towards the direction of the wall to off-balance your opponent.
  5. Lift your opponent by elevating their leg as you complete the spin.
  6. Follow through with the sweep, which can lead to establishing a knee on belly or side control position.

It's crucial to maintain control of the opponent's leg throughout the sweep to prevent them from regaining balance or posture.
