Executing a bicep slicer from knee on belly position:

  1. After sweeping your opponent and establishing knee on belly, control their arm near your thigh.
  2. Shift their arm slightly to the side to trap their hand with your thigh, maintaining a grip on their pants.
  3. Extend your opposite leg back while driving your hips forward to apply pressure on the biceps.
  4. For a different angle, ensure the opponent's hand is trapped by your thigh as you step your right leg back.
  5. Lay down, projecting your hips down and forward to intensify the slicer.
  6. Position your shin on top of their biceps, but avoid extending too far.
  7. Remember to drive your hips forward as you lay down to effectively apply the bicep slicer and elicit a tap.
