About this video

Transitioning from a leg bundle to an arm-controlled bundle:

  1. Start by attempting to bundle your opponent's legs together. If you're unable to secure the legs or if the opponent begins to pull out, prepare to switch your strategy.
  2. Replace the leg bundle with an arm clench just above your opponent's knee line. Use a grip that you're comfortable with, such as a gable grip.
  3. Release your legs and place your feet on the floor. The goal is to turn yourself over while maintaining the arm clench on your opponent's legs.
  4. Once the legs are bundled with your arms, it becomes difficult for the opponent to defend. Transition to an underhook position if possible.
  5. If you sense the control is slipping, immediately switch to clenching with your arms instead of your legs.
  6. With your toes on the floor, release your feet from the bundle and start to drag yourself, moving your opponent's legs and driving over them.
  7. Even if the opponent tries to defend or post with their arms, continue to drive over and drag their legs out from underneath them to complete the reversal.
