About this video

Initiate an attack from the underhook by securing the opponent's hip with one arm and controlling their knee with the other. Transition control from the opponent's right leg to their ankle using your leg, aiming to bend their heel towards their buttocks. Remove your bottom leg from under their knee and use your right leg as a fulcrum, planting your toes forward into the mat to apply torque on the opponent's leg.

  1. Secure the opponent's hip and knee to prevent them from stepping back and to maintain leverage.
  2. Keep the opponent's hips close, step over with the outside foot, and peel their heel to their butt.
  3. Remove the inside leg and use the outside leg as a fulcrum, bending the opponent's knee over it.
  4. Bridge up forcefully to create height and torque, forcing the opponent to roll over to avoid knee damage.
  5. As you come on top, continue the momentum by pushing the opponent's knee down, driving through, and transitioning into the twisted mount or S-mount position.

This technique applies significant torque to the opponent's leg, making it a powerful sweep that can lead to a dominant mounted position.
