Single Leg Trip Technique:

  1. Start in the single leg position, pushing into your opponent and performing a stutter step to make them hop.
  2. Unlike the circular motion used in a dump, aim for a straight motion by driving your right leg and pushing into your opponent.
  3. Execute the stutter step and push to make your opponent hop backward.
  4. As they hop, catch their foot with your right leg to trip them.
  5. Ensure you follow them down without falling, maintaining control.
  6. If your opponent plays guard or tries to get up, stay close to them to continue your attack.
  7. Focus on simplicity and basic movements to effectively execute the trip and establish a dominant position.
