About this video

Executing the elbow pass to far side single:

  1. Begin with an elbow pin and execute an elbow pass.
  2. Use a "yes and no" motion with your head, pushing your forehead in to create pressure.
  3. Start reaching for your opponent's near leg and begin circling.
  4. As your opponent overcompensates by removing the near leg and trying to square up, they expose their far leg.
  5. Step with your right leg, change levels, and shoot for the far side single leg.
  6. Repeat the sequence: elbow pass, reach, observe the opponent's compensation, and then shoot for the far leg.
