About this video
Executing the elbow pass to far side single:
- Begin with an elbow pin and execute an elbow pass.
- Use a "yes and no" motion with your head, pushing your forehead in to create pressure.
- Start reaching for your opponent's near leg and begin circling.
- As your opponent overcompensates by removing the near leg and trying to square up, they expose their far leg.
- Step with your right leg, change levels, and shoot for the far side single leg.
- Repeat the sequence: elbow pass, reach, observe the opponent's compensation, and then shoot for the far leg.
