About this video
Combining the double leg drive with the dumping motion:
- Start with a double leg takedown, driving forward to create momentum.
- Continue driving forward until you feel the opponent is not going down or you are nearing the out-of-bounds area.
- To avoid losing the takedown, step forward, then step back, and switch to the dumping motion.
- If the opponent doesn't go down with the dump, switch back to driving forward to run them down, especially if they are hopping.
- Alternate between driving forward and dumping to keep the opponent off balance and secure the takedown.
