About this video
Executing the C-Block with an inside knee pick:
- Begin by making a C-block with your hand and targeting your opponent's trap muscle.
- Identify which leg your opponent has forward. If it's their right leg, use your right hand for the C-block.
- Step in and shoot your hand to the inside of their forward knee for the inside knee pick.
- If your opponent tries to retract their leg, move closer and connect your hands to secure the grip.
- Change levels and step forward, transitioning into a head-inside single leg position without needing to shoot.
- Maintain a good head position to avoid guillotine attempts. Keep your head up and in a safe position throughout the move.
- If your opponent has the other leg forward, simply switch hands for the C-block and repeat the steps.
- Complete the move by pulling, stepping through, connecting your hands, and finishing the single leg takedown.
