Transition from Single Leg to Double Leg Takedown:

  1. Start with a single leg, aiming to get the opponent hopping.
  2. Attempt a dump by stepping forward and back, but be prepared for the opponent not to fall.
  3. As you dump, position your inside leg back to easily flare the opponent's leg above your head.
  4. Lift the opponent's leg and catch their knee while clubbing their armpit.
  5. Finish the takedown by either running the opponent forward like a blast double or timing it so their legs fly into the air.
  6. If the timing isn't perfect, continue by clubbing the armpit, knee tapping, and running through like a standard double leg.
