Elbow Pass to Single Leg:
- Start with both you and your opponent having head control, a common tie-up in wrestling.
- Grab your opponent's elbow and pull it into you, creating pressure.
- Form a C with your hand and control their bicep, pushing it into their body.
- Maintain constant motion by pushing, pulling, and turning to create opportunities.
- Execute the elbow pass by saying "yes" (nodding head forward) and "no" (turning head sideways) to clear the elbow without making large movements.
- Keep your forehead in your opponent's armpit to maintain control and positioning.
- As you pass the elbow, continue to push it across while circling to create an angle for attack.
- Reach for the inside of your opponent's knee with your free hand, crossing your arms in the process.
- Maintain the pressure on the elbow as you circle and reach, ensuring you stay in a strong position to attack.
- Once in position, pick up the leg for a single leg attack, keeping your head in the armpit for control.
