Executing the double leg dump:
- Start in the double leg position, ensuring your head is up and you're controlling your opponent's knees.
- Stand up while maintaining control of the legs.
- Initiate the dump by stepping back, then stepping forward, and stepping back again.
- Pull up on the legs while dragging down on the hip to create a circular motion.
- Set your feet in a sequence: step forward, step back, and then rotate to the side to complete the dump.
- Maintain the circular motion throughout the takedown to ensure effectiveness.
