Executing a double leg takedown from a two-on-one grip:

  1. Establish the two-on-one grip on your opponent's arm.
  2. Anticipate your opponent's common reaction: they will post on your shoulder with their opposite arm and attempt to square up by pulling their arm back.
  3. As your opponent pushes on your shoulder and tries to square up, maintain your grip and pull them down.
  4. When your opponent is pushing and pulling their leg back to center, step in and push up on their opposite arm.
  5. Change levels by lowering your stance and shoot for the double leg takedown.
  6. For a more aggressive approach, execute a blast double by driving through your opponent.
  7. Alternatively, you can transition to a body lock if preferred. This option is also effective and may suit different grappling styles.

Both the blast double and the body lock are viable options from this setup, allowing for versatility based on personal preference and situational demands.
