High C Dump to Double Leg Chain Wrestling Sequence:
- Start in the high C position and attempt the dump to set up the double leg.
- If the opponent attempts a guillotine, try to dump them to free your head. If unsuccessful, transition to the double leg.
- Drive through with the double leg, ensuring to pass to the correct side to defend the guillotine effectively.
- Always pass to the side opposite the arm controlling your neck to relieve guillotine pressure.
- Maintain control of the opponent's legs to prevent them from closing guard or improving their position.
- Use the knee tap and drive across to land in a favorable position for guillotine defense.
- This sequence can also be used if the opponent is trying to cross face or push you away.
- Mix up techniques by switching from double leg to single leg and incorporating dumps from different positions.
- Practice chain wrestling by drilling multiple finishes and ensuring your partner resists to simulate real scenarios.
