  2. Change levels by bending your knees and lowering your hips, then shoot through your partner's legs.
  3. Reset to the other side and repeat the level change and shoot through the legs.
  4. Continue this drill for a minute, then switch roles with your partner.
  5. Focus on a strong level change and drive off the back leg to penetrate through the legs.
  6. Maintain explosiveness and minimize unnecessary steps to improve efficiency.
