Executing a foot lock while pressure passing from half guard:
- Start by applying pressure in half guard, using your legs to exert force on the opponent's crotch area to straighten them out.
- If you decide to transition to a submission instead of continuing the pass, maintain the pressure and block the opponent's hand.
- Shift your body to the side, positioning your foot and hand to control the opponent's movement.
- Focus on being on your hip with your elbow down as you prepare for the submission.
- While maintaining control and blocking the opponent, position yourself on your hip and execute the foot lock submission.
