About this video
From a topside crucifix, move to the side, lift your opponent, and attack with a Kimura. If they defend, open them up and put them in the sling. Apply pressure to prevent them from getting their back to the ground. Use your free hand to secure a solid grip on their collar.
- With your left leg, drive it over your opponent's body.
- Fold your leg, sit back, kick, and put your opponent in the bow and arrow position.
- You can finish the bow and arrow with two hands or by grabbing the pants for a traditional bow and arrow.
- Take the hand that was grabbing the collar and put it behind your opponent's head, or rather, over your arm. This allows for a full extension for the choke.
- Drive, step over, and put both your legs underneath you. Kick out and over to control. If you have long legs, cross them. If not, a simple position is fine.
- Let go of the collar with your hand, not in front but behind, underneath your elbow in a small hole. This is a traditional judo choke.
- Finish the choke by holding and straightening your arms, slicing your opponent's throat, while the other hand fortifies the choke.
