Paweł Jaworski was born in 2004 and raised in Mława, Poland. His journey in martial arts began at age six, training judo under the mentorship of Cezary Kądrzycki. For five years, Jaworski developed a robust grappling base with Kądrzycki, emphasizing balance, throws, and positional control. At eleven, he transitioned to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Husaria Mława, where he trained under coaches Michał Wodowski, Bogdan Wróblewski, and Robert Wodzyński. This early blend of judo and BJJ equipped Jaworski with a versatile grappling toolkit, shaping the foundation of his evolving competitive style.

Jaworski's advancement through the colored belts in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was marked by a relentless pursuit of high-level training. As a blue belt, he regularly sought out elite partners and instruction at Arrachion Olsztyn and Kaiser Sport, broadening his technical exposure. During the COVID-19 shutdowns, Jaworski maintained a rigorous training schedule with dedicated partners, accelerating his technical growth and sharpening his competitive edge. Upon the return of competitions, he delivered strong performances at both national and international events, quickly earning recognition as a rising talent in the sport.

Seeking to further elevate his game, Jaworski began cross-training at Gorila Academy and ultimately joined Academia Gorila, representing coaches Marcin Polczyk and Jędrzej Loska. His commitment and results were rewarded with a brown belt promotion in December 2023, followed by his black belt on 2024-12-18, both awarded by Polczyk and Loska. As of January 2026, Jaworski represents Academia Gorila in international competition, reflecting his ongoing dedication to technical progression and team loyalty.

Jaworski achieved international recognition in 2024 through standout performances at Ocean Pro and Ocean BJJ events. He secured high-profile victories over seasoned competitors such as Espen Mathiesen and Tommy Langaker, demonstrating his ability to execute under pressure against world-class opposition. Jaworski consistently enters the Meio Pesado (88.3 kg / 195 lbs) division, as well as 85 kg No-Gi and Absolute divisions, highlighting his adaptability across weight classes and competition formats.

Jaworski is known for his dynamic guard play and tactical versatility in both Gi and No-Gi settings. His technical arsenal centers around the False Reap and K-Guard, positions he uses to generate sweeping and submission opportunities against elite opponents. Jaworski's rapid ascent through the colored belts is attributed to his disciplined training habits and analytical approach, enabling him to adapt quickly to evolving challenges and diverse competitive styles.
