Among his most notable victories, Caio captured gold at the 2016 IBJJF Gramado International Open and the 2015 IBJJF Manaus International Open, demonstrating his ability to close out tournaments against strong domestic fields. His performances at the Manaus International Open were particularly consistent — beyond his 2015 title, he reached the runner-up position in both 2014 and 2016, including a final appearance in the absolute division, underscoring his capacity to compete effectively across weight categories.
