Transitioning from a frame and underhook on the opponent's arm, pass your leg over their head and lock your hands together. As you attempt to roll your opponent over their shoulder, they may posture up to prevent the movement.

  1. With your feet and head on the mat, tripod up to create a stable base.
  2. Pass your left leg between the opponent's legs, making a hook behind their head similar to setting up an arm lock.
  3. Roll over your shoulder, extending your leg through to lock in a triangle choke.
  4. Once in position, you have the option to attack the arm or focus on finishing the triangle choke.
