Saulo framed the brothers' broader mission in terms that reach past competition entirely: "We don't preach jiu jitsu, we preach life. Jiu jitsu is quality of life and leading a healthy lifestyle. Our family respects honour, discipline, loyalty and etiquette." That framing has shaped Xande's public identity as much as any championship belt.
