Antonio Braga Neto was born on October 29, 1987, in Brazil, and his path in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu began before most children ever set foot on a mat. Under the guidance of Professor Fábio Aníbal in Manaus, Braga Neto began training at just 4 years old — an exceptionally early start that would lay the foundation for one of the most decorated careers of his generation. At approximately 17 years old, Braga Neto made a defining decision: he left Manaus and relocated to Rio de Janeiro in pursuit of elite-level BJJ training.
