Thaynara's progression through the colored belts was defined not only by her results, but by the attention those results attracted within Brazil's elite jiu-jitsu community. Her blue belt performances were strong enough to draw interest from Dream Art, the São Paulo-based professional organization known for producing world-class competitors. Joining Dream Art placed her inside a high-performance environment that accelerated her development at every level.
Within the team's structure, her belt promotions reflected the caliber of those around her. Gabriel Figueiró, a Dream Art coach, awarded Thaynara her purple belt, while Anna Rodrigues — one of the team's most accomplished competitors — promoted her to brown belt, underscoring the depth of talent within the organization. In 2022, Thaynara began training more frequently at Dream Art's affiliate gym in Houston, Texas, broadening her international presence and expanding her competitive preparation beyond Brazil.
Her third consecutive IBJJF World Championship title in 2024 served as the milestone that sealed her transition to the sport's highest rank. On May 31, 2024, Marco Mendes promoted Thaynara Victória da Silva to black belt, formalizing her place among the most accomplished competitors of her generation.
