Andrew Tackett faces Renato Canuto in the main event at UFC BJJ 2. Renato shoots immediately and they trade takedowns before Renato secures a kimura, which Andrew defends with a body lock pass. Andrew passes to side control and looks to take the back, but Renato escapes and remains on bottom. They trade sweeps before Andrew steps into a pass to side control.
A scramble follows, and Andrew attempts an omoplata from closed guard. Renato pulls free and stacks, but Andrew reverses back on top and returns to side control. From there, Andrew laces in a darce choke, sinks it deep, and wins by submission.
