Keenan Cornelius vs Otávio Sousa

At 2015 Five Grappling Super League, Keenan Cornelius and Otávio Sousa opened with wrestling exchanges during a 10-minute submission-only regulation period. Cornelius scored a takedown late in that period, but neither competitor secured a submission, sending the match to overtime.

In overtime, Cornelius added a second takedown for two points. After leglock scrambles, he came out on top with a sweep, closing out the match 4-0. BJJ Heroes (August 2015) noted that Cornelius was effective both on the feet and on the ground, with his wrestling proving decisive through two well-placed takedowns against a tentative Sousa. Jiu Jitsu Magazine (September 2015) confirmed the final score of 4-0 in overtime.
