As Dream Art grew and began attracting established adult competitors, Zaca identified a gap others had overlooked. The infrastructure was built to support athletes who had already made their names on the circuit — but who was finding the next generation before anyone else discovered them? From that question, Projeto Yuu was born.
The project reflected a deliberate, structured philosophy: identify young athletes early, develop them technically and mentally, expose them to competition, and create pathways leading to larger structures — including Dream Art itself. The pipeline was proactive by design, built on the conviction that opportunity must be created rather than waited upon. Athletes who passed directly through Zaca's work include Kleber Barboza, Sabrina Lourenço, Bruno Marlon, and João Pedro. Others he accompanied across his career went on to compete professionally, transition to MMA, or build careers as instructors in their own right.
