A year later, he reached the final of the 2025 Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship in the Black Belt Adult division, finishing as runner-up in one of the most prestigious open-bracket tournaments in the sport.

In 2024, Quinn accepted an opportunity of a different kind, relocating to the United Arab Emirates to teach Jiu-Jitsu within a structured public school program. Working alongside Ibraheem Alhosani through the Ajman Jiu-Jitsu Federation, he brought the sport to student populations for whom the art was often entirely new — and for whom his teaching assumptions required significant recalibration.

Rather than deepening within a single system, he has accumulated a broad comparative perspective — able to identify what works across methodologies precisely because he has operated within so many of them.
