Stephen Martinez vs Morgan Neidlinger

Stephen Martinez of Checkmat faced Morgan Neidlinger, known as one of Kron Gracie's top students, at Metamoris 7. Neidlinger is recognized for his kimura trap system and had several good attempts throughout the match, including a transition to the armbar around the midpoint, but was unable to finish the larger Martinez.

Martinez imposed a heavy top game for much of the match. The bout ended in a draw.
