At Polaris 4, Nathan Orchard worked from the top position for the duration of the match. Masakazu Imanari pulled guard and focused on retention, but Orchard worked through it and passed.

After completing the pass, Orchard took the back and applied a Rear Naked Choke over the chin. Despite the imperfect position of the choke, Imanari tapped, giving Orchard a dominant finish.
