Execution

1. 1 From back control, attack the neck until the opponent commits an arm to defending
2. 2 Catch the defending arm at the elbow
3. 3 Thread a power half nelson and force the arm behind the opponent's head
4. 4 Extend the leverage until the shoulder submits
