Freeing your leg from the lockdown (the 10th Planet half guard leg entanglement): kill the stretch by staying heavy and square, then free the trapped knee by walking it up toward their hip line and slipping the ankle out before their whip-up sweeps arrive.

Execution

  4. 4 Circle the ankle free (or step over to mount) once the knee clears their entanglement
