I’ve been working with Nicholas personally for well over a year. He has helped me rehab/address countless injuries and designs the BJJ strength and conditioning/rehab programs I follow. I highly recommend attending this masterclass as he has a wealth of health knowledge for BJJ athletes.

This session will spotlight a topic many have been eager to delve into: Knee Rehab. Voted for by our community, it addresses a crucial concern for numerous BJJ practitioners.

After Nicholas’s presentation, we will take questions about knee rehab and other topics as time permits.

Please comment with your questions!

Some ideas for questions: Injury rehab, BJJ Strength and Conditioning, Spine health, Recovery, or anything at all!

Of course it's always easier to prevent it earlier on 😅.  The later stage escapes can be harder to practice because you sometimes have to let yourself get put into these positions and will get tapped out until you get good!
