I am a tall, slim dude with long skinny legs. I realized I like using my legs for guard and attacking with a triangle. Any other specyfic technics I should look into that would fit my body type?

We've just remastered the audio on The Lord of the Guards: Guard Retention by Jon Calestine to improve the quality and fixing issues with reverb.

There is nothing you need to do on your end.  The changes will show up when watching it now.

100% escape rate. Average Time to Escape 32.5 seconds.  12 out of 12 times.

That’s Mason Fowler's track record when opponents have his back in high-pressure EBI overtime rounds. Against elite competitors like Craig Jones, Roberto Jimenez, and Luke Griffith.

His secret is straightforward but counterintuitive to some: always escape toward the choking arm side (the overhook).

I recently broke this down in detail, in my recent Youtube video: The ONLY Back Escape You Need

If you want to learn more, Mason Fowler covers this entire escape system, grip fighting strategies, and back-taking concepts in his course latest course on Digitsu, “Back In Control”.

I’m curious, which side do you typically prefer escaping to: the choking side or the control side?

Hey folks. My name is Sid Nanda. I’m a blue belt, been training since around 2019. Currently at 50/50 in Falls Church.
Interestingly a big reason I joined the gym, in addition to being a fan of Ryan Hall, was because I bought Adam Benayoun’s loop choke instructional on the old Digitsu app, and he used to teach there.
I started training because I wanted to learn a martial art that takes a long time to master. I trained TKD when younger and loved it, but am not as flexible as I used to be. Despite all the injuries, I love BJJ and hope to train till im 80.

Hey guys,

I am relatively new to this new version of digitsu. I just had a question hopefully someone can answer. After my app got updated to this new version of digitsu, several courses that I have bought previously are missing. Is there a way I can get them back? I have tried to send jujitsu a message on facebook, and they have never gotten back to me.
