We’re excited to bring you “SLX Evolution” by Adam Benayoun

https://digitsu.com/programs/slx-evolution-adam-benayoun

Adam is a top 10 ranked grappler on FloGrappling and black belt under Ryan Hall.

SLX Evolution is not your traditional “Single Leg X” course but is evolved to feature modern leg attacks and transitions.

SLX Evolution reflects Adams’s journey studying the position, having received his purple belt from Lucas Lepri brown belt from Marcelo Garcia and black belt from Ryan Hall.

Adam shows his most high percentage entries into the SLX position. From there, he breaks the position down into two main variations, “Standard SLX” and “Short Hook.” He demonstrates sweeps, transitions, and attacks from each variation.

*BONUS* Includes over one hour of rolling commentary from Adam teaching you how to deal with common reactions and counters when you apply the techniques in live rolls.

New Release by Mason Fowler!

Hey Everyone! I'm excited to announce a new release: Cold-Blooded Half Guard Sweeps by Mason Fowler.

Fresh off his dominant victory at UFC Fight Pass Invitational 5 last night, Mason covers everything from countering knee cuts and smash passes to Reverse De La Riva and arm drags from half-guard. It's not just a series of techniques; it's his complete system for the bottom half-guard game.
We're also going to be added some additional seminar footage to the course as well in the coming weeks so stay tuned!

Glad you like it!  We're going to do a better job with audio in the future for Q&A / trouble shooting like this 😅

This past weekend we had filmed a new course on the K Guard with Jon Calestine.

Thank you all for our feedback and help with this 🙏

We are super excited about this course.  It takes off where Jon’s “Lord of the Guards” guard retention left off.  Offering counter attack sequences from guard retention positions.

It will also go over all aspects of the k guard position, including entries, attack sequences, k guard defenses, and rolling commentary.

Look out for its release in the coming months!

Thanks for everyone who participated on this!  We're planning out Jon's next course on K guard now 😀

If you have a Whoop, we've just launched a "Digitsu Whoop Community".  Join a group dedicated to BJJ enthusiasts to measure performance and support one another.

I've been a big "Whoop"er for some time now.  At this point if I train without it on, it basically doesn't even count!

👉 Join us now using the code: COMM-E486D2

In the Whoop app, just go to Community -> "..." -> "Enter Team Code".

See you there!

Agreed! It's risky because of the potential back exposure but I see black belts do this sort of roll in competition all the time.
